Where do you travel to?
Generally speaking we're able to travel to Surrey, Kent and South London. However, we will on occasion go further afield based on availability. All prices are fixed for these areas, and there may be a small additional charge for going further although I try to keep the prices as consistent as possible.
How do I pay?
We have an online booking system that handles the entire booking process from availability to payment, so we take full payment on booking.
Why are you more expensive than other entertainers I've seen?
We hear stories all the time of how someone booked an entertainer who was cheap or inexperienced and how the party was just terrible or they didn't even come at all! Like any other industry, you'll always pay that little bit more for a full-time professional, and what comes with the slightly higher price is a much higher quality of service, equipment and reliability. We think we're worth it, and our customers agree!
What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you cancel your party 30 days in advance, we won't charge you a penny. However, if you cancel within 30 days the full fee of your party will be due unless we fill the slot with another party. We try to be as fair as possible.
Do you have any videos?
Unfortunately, it can be hard to take video footage at a party as these are private events and we wouldn't want to breach the privacy of our customers, especially where children are involved. However, we have plenty of video and Facebook reviews that you can see on our Testimonials page, as well as dotted around the site, where you can read about what our customers really think!
Should I invite the children to arrive 15 minutes early?
As a rule of thumb, I like to arrive 15-20 mins before a party so I can set up, and I'll play background music as the children arrive. Therefore, I'd suggest inviting the children for the time you've booked the entertainment to start to give me time to get ready for their arrival, expecially if you've invited more than 20 children.
Should we book the entertainer or the hall first?
The hall is generally less important than the quality of entertainment so we'd always advise finding out your entertainer's availability before booking a hall. If you were to book the hall first, it may be more difficult to get a great entertainer who is available for your time.
I've seen on your site you do lots of different kind of party - could you clarify this all for me?
We generally offer a disco party with optional magic show as the base theme for all parties. If you book, say, a Star Wars themed party, you will receive this party plus Star Wars music, entertainer in costume and themed games, too!
